Whether your character is canon or borne purely of your own imagination, everyone likes to get a little practice in now and then. Whether you are completely new to such an experiment, or a seasoned veteran, it is here that you can seek out to improve or work out the imperfections without the weight of the plot bearing down on your shoulders. Here, the plot doesn't matter, and you don't need a finished profile to play around. There's just a couple of special guidelines you should follow.
If you just want some practice with social interaction, go take a visit to the Quad or Rec Center. Your first post should have your character's name and a brief physical description in italics above your actual post, which should, as per site rules, be at least four sentences long. Please do this even if you have already posted a profile for your character.
If you're looking for a Mentor, or just a partner or two to practice with in a more private RP, go down to the office with your request.
Now, if you're looking for practice of a more combative form, head down to the Training Rooms and seek a sparring partner. Once you've found one, you can then start a private match in one of the training rooms, though keep in mind, it's only private until it gets out of hand, at which point a Mod will step in.
