Public Area - The Quad

Nessa Carson - Slightly short, with dark brown hair past her shoulders and light blue eyes. Currently wearing jeans and a grey t-shirt with the Shinra logo on one sleeve. Looks her nineteen years of age.

Walking out onto the Quad, Nessa didn't slow her pace as her eyes landed on the people outside. She recognized them at a glance, well, most of them - she couldn't quite match a name to the taller First. She had to wonder just what had sent the Turk Commander into such a fit of laughter though... It would be interesting to know, even if she wasn't about to ask.

He finally managed to calm himself, the drugs in his system starting to kick in and bring his emotions back under control. That was the only curse of the Turks, most were highly addicted to one or more common "drugs" and if they went without for a while it affected their whole mental state. Being sleep deprived probably hadn't helped any with all this. "I need a vacation..."

Nessa did a double-take as she noticed something very different from the last time she'd seen Tseng. As his hair had only grown longer since she first met him, she was very shocked by the lopsided haircut he now sported. That certainly didn't seem like a haircut he would purposefully aim for, "...what happened to your hair?"

There was a very visible tick in Tseng's jaw as he was reminded exactly why he had been upset in the first place. "Lets just say.. i'm going to be replacing two Turks by the end of today." Oh yeah.. they weren't ever going to find their bodies when he got done with them.
