How We Met - July, 1992 - Private RP Part 2

Growling as his phone went off again, he grabbed it and snorted. Really? since when did Nan want to speak to him this badly.. what was he that sex deprived already?

ríða burt He hit send and snapped the phone shut once more curling up into his pillow and pulled the blanket up over his head.

He raised a brow at the following message. Maybe it wasn't the Valentines he got his stubborn streak from, maybe it was his grandmother. Tseng was certainly quite stubborn himself.

Ég vil bara að tala, he replied, keeping an ear on the shower.

'oh for fucks sake!' What the hell was up with this guy, he was never this irritatingly persistent. Seeing a response back in the norther continents dialect a brow raised, Nan always struggled with the harder words and tended to avoid it. Didn't matter though all he wanted to do was sleep right now.

et je veux juste dormir ... va te faire foutre!

Sephiroth bit his lip to silence a snicker. Sleeping? Oh, he was most definitely not giving up now. Tseng could go back to sleep afterwards if he really wanted to, but for now... not a chance.

Just five minutes?

That bastard just was not giving up! Growling he smirked darkly and went about creating the longest text of the morning. He would make sure Nan didn't text him again at least to a more reasonable hour... like..never.

Lets find which one you can actually understand. Va te faire enculer, vaffan culo, zakennayo, Vai pa puta, Mars in pula mea, ríða burt, vete para la verga, chop jIH, and of course my personal favorite.. #%!@ off. There if that didn't get through to him well damn he better get used to being ignored.

Well, that would make his plot more difficult. Sephiroth eyed the words. Considering that Tseng was raised in Wutai, he was fairly certain most of those he had learned after leaving, he'd just have to figure what languages he was least fluent in - or hated speaking.

Right now, though, it was time for Plan B. He just hoped it didn't get too quick of a response from his brother, or too violent of one.

Seph is up here. He typed it out carefully, waiting a moment before sending it.

Wondering what the hell Nan said now, he flipped his phone back open and instantly growled. Leave him the #%!@ out of this Nunchaku That boy better not have touched his otouto.. if he did that boy better run and run fast cause he would personally rip his hide off.

Sephiroth smiled slightly at the response, it wasn't quite what he was aiming for, but it still felt nice to have Tseng so protective of him. He double-checked his wording, and replaced the second half when he realized Tseng might take it the wrong way. Tried that. He's refusing to leave.

He blinked at that, his frown darkening as he pushed himself into a sitting position. Tell him to get his ass down here now or i'm taking away not only his swords, but all his ice cream and chocolate. He knew Sephiroth was stubborn but he didn't think the boy would refuse to leave Nan's..

He hesitated a moment, he enjoyed the sweets, and was fond of the swords... but he could go without them... This was more important than unhealthy food and weapons he couldn't use on duty yet. They kept saying it wasn't his fault... but Sephiroth knew he wouldn't stop feeling guilty until the two were at least talking to each other again.

Right now, I don't think he cares. He's in a mood... and said he's hiding from you.

He's in a mood? God Fing damit! Throwing the blankets off, he grabbed a shirt quickly from the floor not caring that it was dirty and stalked out of the apartment. Nan better pray he got Sephiroth to leave when he got up there, he honestly didn't know what he would do to the blond right now. Not enough time had passed for him to even remotely forgive him.

Reaching Nan's door and pounded on it.

When he didn't receive a response, Sephiroth turned his attention further out, listening closely. Hearing a door open and close, he was quick to set the phone back where it belonged and retreated to the couch. He was careful to sit in the same spot and position as when Nan had left. The force with which the door was 'knocked' on left no doubt in his mind who was on the other side, and he ducked his head so that his face would be completely concealed to both of them.

He really hoped his idea to make the two face each other didn't blow up. It was risky, but his brother was stubborn, so risky was a bit necessary if they were going to get anywhere any time soon.

Stepping out of the shower Nan tilted his head to the side hearing the sharp raps on his door. Only one man knocked like that, and only at one time.. Tseng was out there..and he was pissed. He had no idea what had set the man off, unless Reno told him that Sephiroth was up here. not bothering to get dressed he left the towel wrapped around his middle and walked out opening the door. Sure enough Tseng stood there, looking like he had just crawled out of bed.

A single black brow rose as he took in the dripping form of Nan, seeing he was still water logged and his finger tips were pruny showing he had been in water longer than two minutes. Not saying a word to the boy he shoved past him, eyes instantly falling on Sephiroth as he crossed his arms over his chest. "Viltu segja mér af hverju þú varst vefnaður mig, þykjast vera Nan?"

Nan blinked looking between the two. "What is it with people and talking in languages I can't understand...."

Want to tell me why you were texting me, pretending to be Nan?

He lifted his head only enough to see Tseng over his arm. He hadn't expected the ruse to last long... but he'd hoped Tseng wouldn't have paid enough attention to realize Nan had been in the shower the entire time. But apparently Tseng was awake and alert enough to notice at least enough details to know that. He was, however, still sour with his brother over the prank, even if he wasn't as angry as he had been before he'd come up here. "Vegna þess að hann er heimsk ljóshærður."

Because he's a dumb blond.

"Og þú trúir því að gaf þér rétt til að þykjast vera hann til að draga mig upp hérna? Sephiroth Það er ástæða að ég hef ekki koma upp til þess að tala við hann enn." Sighing Tseng moved over to Sephiroth kneeling down in front of him and set his hands on Sephiroth's knee. Thankfully Nan was being smart at the moment and had vacated the room, most likely to get dressed once more. " Ég vil ekki að tala við hann á þessari stundu vegna þess að það sem hann sagði, meiða eins og helvíti. Ég held ekki að ég gæti talað við hann án þess að segja eitthvað sem myndi enda upp í alvöru baráttu."

And you believed that gave you the right to pretend to be him to draw me up here? Sephiroth there is a reason I have not come up to speak to him yet.

I don't want to talk to him at this moment because what he said, hurt like hell. I don't think I could talk to him without saying something that would end up in a physical fight.

Eyes narrowed from his annoyance and pupils slit from the light, Sephiroth ducked his head behind his arm again. "Það er ekki að berjast ef hinn aðilinn hefur nú þegar gefið upp. Þú ert þrjóskur og hann er huglaus." He was silent a moment, before adding more quietly, "... og ég mun halda áfram að finna til sektar þar til þú ert að minnsta kosti vinir aftur."

It's not a fight if the other person has already given up. You are stubborn, and he is a coward.

...and I will continue to feel guilty until you are at least friends again.

"Seph, there is nothing for you to feel guilty about.. this was.not.your.fault." He reached out running his hand along his head gently. "You have to give things like this time otouto.. you can't just throw people together like this."

"That was obviously his only option because your such a stubborn ass hole." Tseng flinched, eyes darkened and he stood in one fluid motion rounding on Nan. "Was I talking to you." Tseng snapped causing the blond to instantly go on the defensive, "you're in my house jackass..." Tseng growled darkly at Nan. "Only reason I am here is because my brother is and i'm not leaving him here with a $!#^ like you."

Nan growled back just as hard. "If anyone is a $!#^ it's you! Or are you just not telling him you slept with Katana just a few days ago."

"You lying son of a &!^@%, I haven't slept with Katana in over a year!"

"My mother might be a &!^@%, but at least she's not a #*@$& like yours." Instantly Tseng's eyes flared blue and you could almost hear the bell signaling round one, causing him to launch at the blond and tackle him to the ground.

...dumb blond is now officially Nan's nickname. Sephiroth felt like slamming his head into his knees as the first insult was thrown. He lifted his head as they started to get angrier, registering but not really overly concerned about whether or not Katana and Tseng had slept together a few days ago. Tseng had already mentioned they had slept together before, though he hadn't said any specific time frames.

The last insult had him freezing in place, shocked and angry, but he tamped down on it firmly as he saw Tseng lunge. Arguing was one thing, but he was not letting this continue as a physical fight. Sephiroth bodily seized Tseng by the shoulder, yanking him off of the blond. He glared brightly at the both of them, voice angry and low, "Stop it, both of you."

Nan took the opportunity of Tseng's almost unheard of shock to launch over the couch and tackle the Wutain Assassin in this rare moment of distraction. He punched Tseng square in the chest, forgetting for a moment that only pissed him off more, at least until he felt a fist connect with the side of his head and was thrown off the Wutain. Snarling Tseng followed him, completely forgetting about skill or training, just good old street brawl.

"Stop." Sephiroth barked the word this time, once more getting in the middle of it. Unthinkingly, he used fire to support his demand, separating them with a thin opaque wall. When they recoiled, the flames spread, further separating the fighting pair until neither one could see the other. What he had done through instinct, was far beyond what his body was prepared to handle, and after only a few seconds he was pale and shaking.

The pale flames darkened rapidly to a cooler orange red, then flickered and dispersed. Sephiroth stared blankly for a moment before his eyes rolled back and he collapsed.

Tseng could only openly stare as he was shoved back by a wall of fire. He shook off his shock in favor of jumping out and grabbing Sephiroth before he hit the ground. Cradling the young boy against him he glared darkly up at Nan, "stay the hell away from me.." Picking Sephiroth up, Tseng left the apartment not even giving Nan a second glance.

When consciousness returned, Sephiroth immediately wished it hadn't. He'd thought the headache yesterday was bad enough, now it felt like his head was being crushed. He didn't even make an attempt to move, face pinching as he let out an involuntary sound of pain. Even thinking hurt. He was never, ever, ever trying that again without his materia.

"You need to stop trying to do that with out materia, all you are going to do is drain yourself." Tseng was sitting on the couch not far from him, waiting for when the boy would finally wake up. "It's stupid and reckless... but I guess you are paying the price for it." Standing he set a glass of water and some painkillers down on the coffee table in front of Sephiroth.

Sephiroth forced his eyes open as he heard Tseng move, then immediately lowered them to slits. Refocusing on the glass and pills, he reached out to take the pills. The water was ignored as he took them dry, he didn't want to even think of how his head would react to sitting up to drink it. He'd never actually taken painkillers for a drain headache, but he doubted his brother had any Ethers on hand and he'd already used the one he'd had with him. Hopefully the painkillers would start working quickly, though he wasn't at all optimistic of how much effect they'd have.

"What the hell were you thinking Sephiroth?" He asked sitting back down on his side of the couch, dark eyes watching the teen. He wanted to know what the teen had been thinking when he decided it was a smart idea to throw a fire wall up between the two. He very easily could have caught the apartment on fire, and Shinra would't pay for it.. he would because Sephiroth was under his care.
