Appearance: Rex is a lanky man but also muscular ebing able to take hits easily with a medium tan. He has shaggy hair consisting of flips his hair color being light auburn with tones of dark brown through it. He has 5 o'clock shadow on his face but shaves every few days to prevent a beard from growing in, has a sloped thin nose, a roundish face, and has light grey eyes. He wear the classic Turk uniform but he wears it semi casually he has his shirt tucked in, and wears his suit jacket, but he leaves his dress shirt unbuttoned a bit and leaves his tie loose. He usually has his hands in his pockets just in case he needs to grab his brass knuckles in a hurry.
Personality: Rex is a ridiculous flirt always chatting up any woman he sees within eyesight he is known as The Tramp among the Turks, but Rex is also known to be a very kind person to others in less something does not go as planned then he will be cold. He is also known to be cocky among his lower subordinates showing them up as much as possible. But on the field he is snarky to his enemy and as cocky as ever.

Bio: Rex was born in the upper plate of Midgar being apart of a middle waged family of four him being the oldest, he was a bit of a brat when he was younger but as he got older he became more mellow. As Rex got older he would often get in fights either in the alleys of the upper plate or the down and dirty slums of Midgar training to be what he dreamed to be a Turk always dreaming of wearing that suit and tie. But soon both of his parents died from a monster attack leaving him to take care of his little sister at age 15, though Rex was young he treated his younger sister like his own sometimes getting frustrated at her for the things they would do but loving them regardless. Later on Rex got accepted into Shinra and became a Turk still taking care of his siblings though in the long run but as he got older and went through the ranks he soon became 4th in line in just 6yrs. Rex worked hard for his title and hopes to maybe beat out Reno and Rude in less Reno becomes head Turk.

Sucker Out: Enemy takes on a series of uppercutts and jabs in the upper body cavity
Jump Start: Rex takes out the enemy with a punch hard enough to knock him down and jumps up into the air and lands on him hard OneShot: Rex lays a strong hook on the enemy's face or chest cavity
Dancer: Rex starts to move around the battled field as if dancing getting closer to the enemy and taking him out by hitting him in the face or upper body
Sparrow: Rex climbs up a building and jumps off begining to glide and go over the enemy both kicking and punching the enemy in the body
Punching Storm: A series of punches that cause the enemy to be hit by blizzard and thunder attacks in the same move

"I'm going to the training room sir" The young Turk replied
"Oh I think you wont" Rex grinned "Why don't you fight me?"
"Umm" The Turk looked at the man he did look shady and the other Turks had told him to stay away from anyone who would ask him to fight "N-no thanks" he stuttered and ran off
Rex frowned "Geez the new kiddies never want to have fun with me!"
"Maybe because your so cocky to the newcomers they would want to play" a womans voice mused
Rex turned around to see Cissnei "Oh baby you know it's all in good fun" he smirked as he got closer to her
"Rex what are you doing?" Cissnei asked concerend in his actions
"What do you think" He smiled flashing his white teeth and placing himself infront of her
"Rex your such a tramp" she glared at him angrily
"Man I love it when you talk dirty honey" he smirked
"Rex please" Cissnei rolled her eyes
"Fine" He looked at her with a shy smile "I'll try being nicer to them as long as they don't mess anything up on the next mission"
"Good" she smiled "Now your off go see your little sis"
"Thanks Cissnei" Rex smiled running out of the room going to see his sister
